The real-time bus arrival system currently runs on a pilot basis on some routes in Lahore. Once the system is fully operational, it will be available on other routes as well. The system works on beacons fitted on each bus at the front and back, which notify the system about the bus arrival.


This acts as an excellent real-time information system for the city bus system and helps commuters plan their daily schedules better.
